Construction

Conductor

Plain or tinned copper to class 1 or class 2or class 5 to IEC 60228. 18 AWG,16AWG,1.0mm2, 1.5 mm2

Insulation

XLPE according to EN 50290-2-29.

Color code

Black , white for pairs or any other color code that is required by the customers.

Pair

Two insulated conductors twisted

Pair shielding

Each pair is shielded with aluminum mylar tape with a tinned copper drain wire

Assembly

Several shielded pairs are assembed to for a cable core and shielded with a tinned copper drain wire to provide etectostatic shield.

Inner sheath option

For armored cables a flame retardant PVC inner jacket is extruded over the cable core under the armor.LSHF option is available upon request.

Environmental protection

Lead sheath or a multilayer sheath AL/HDPE/PA in accordance with BS EN 50288-7 is avilable for direct burial application as a hydrocarbon protection.

Armor

Galvanized steel wire or galvanised steel wire braid or galvanised steel tape armor option is available.

Outer jacket

Flame retardant PVC to EN 50290-2-21 or UL13 or LSHF to EN 50290-2-26.
