Conductor

tinned copper to class2 or class 5 to IEC 60228.

Insulation

Halogen free croxxlinked insulation. GP4 to BS 7655-1.2 or HX to IEC 60092.For fire resistance option a MICA tape is wrapped over the conductor

Color code

Black , white for pairs , black, white and red for triads or customized as required.

Pair/Triad

Two insulated conductors twisted or three insulated conductors twised to form a triad.

Pair/Triad shielding option

Oiptionally ,Each pair or triad is shielded with aluminum mylar tape with a tinned copper drain wire for electrostatic shielding for analog applications.

Assembly

Several pairs/triads or shielded pairs/triads are assembed to for a cablke core and optionally shielded with a tinned copper drain wire to provide etectostatic shield.

Inner sheath option

Flame retardant halogen free thermoplastic or thermosetting material.Type SW4 to BS 7655-2.6

Armor

Tinned copper wire braid or bronze braid.

Outer jacket

Flame retardant halogen free thermoplastic or thermosetting material.Type SW4 to BS 7655-2.6. Mud resistance option available.
